The Sunseeker Manhattan 63 is a 21-meter flybridge motor yacht, meticulously designed for luxurious cruising and entertaining. Cancellation Policy: If the event is canceled by the owner (due to breakdowns or force majeure), the amounts paid by the client up to that moment will be refunded. If the event is canceled due to weather conditions (a cloudy day does not constitute grounds for cancellation), an alternative date will be sought if possible. If the event is canceled by the client, the following penalties will apply based on the initially agreed price/amount: More than 1 month before the boarding date: 25% More than 15 days but less than 30 days before the boarding date: 50% Less than 15 days before the boarding date: 100% Each extra service (e.g., catering, etc.) has its own cancellation policy, and the owner is not responsible for their procedures.
