Two boats of this Luxboot Class are available: the 'Paris' built in 2021 and the 'Laflora' built in 2022. This very spacious house boat is suitable for 6 people and has 2 separate bedrooms with 2x2 single beds and a sofa bed. During the day it is possible to stay with 10 ? 12 people. The boat is luxuriously furnished, has air conditioning, a very well-equipped kitchen and lots of privacy and windows all around for a fantastic view over the water. If you are looking for a great opportunity for a brainstorming session, birthday party or fun with your group, then this is a great location! The institution The Luxboot Class has a very large living room with open kitchen with sliding doors that give access to the terrace on the water. There are large windows all around that provide a beautiful view over the water. Everything with double glazing which ensures good comfort in winter. There are 2 separate bedrooms, each with a double bed that can be folded and a large wardrobe. In the living room the sofa can be folded out as a double bed. This makes this house boat suitable for 6 people. The separate bedrooms allow you to keep sleeping and living perfectly separate. The bathroom has a sink with cold and hot water and a luxurious hot water shower. The very spacious open kitchen has a hob with 2 cooking zones. In addition to the 2 terraces on the water at the front and back, there is also a roof terrace that can also be comfortably reached via a staircase. Here you can optimally enjoy the view over the beautiful Maas valley. Due to its good insulation, the Luxboot is also very suitable for renting in the winter, and you are guaranteed to always be warm. What you need to bring: Towels, duvet covers, hygiene items, detergent, food, drinks and of course a good mood! You also have the option to book duvet covers and towels (bed and bath linen) with your reservation. Due to possible damage to the deck and for your safety, only shoes with a rubber sole may be worn on a house boat.
